基本介紹
其基本(ben)特征是在廢(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)處理構筑物(wu)(wu)(wu)內(nei)設置微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)生(sheng)(sheng)長聚集的載體,在充氧的條件下,微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)在填料表面積聚附著形成生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)。當廢(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)經過時(shi),生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)中的微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)吸收(shou)分解廢(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)中的有機物(wu)(wu)(wu),使(shi)廢(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)得(de)到凈化(hua),同(tong)時(shi)微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)也得(de)到增殖,生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)隨之增厚。當生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)增長到一定厚度,向生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)內(nei)部擴(kuo)散的氧受到限制,其表面仍是好氧狀態(tai),而(er)內(nei)層則會(hui)呈缺氧甚至厭氧狀態(tai),并zui終導致生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)的脫(tuo)落。隨后,填料表面還會(hui)繼續(xu)生(sheng)(sheng)長新的生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo),周而(er)復始(shi),使(shi)廢(fei)(fei)氣(qi)(qi)得(de)到凈化(hua)。

工作原(yuan)理
在(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)塔(ta)反應器內設置填料(liao)(liao),廢氣經過充氧(或在(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)塔(ta)底部鼓風曝(pu)氣)后與填料(liao)(liao)相(xiang)接觸(chu),在(zai)填料(liao)(liao)表(biao)面(mian)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)膜和(he)填料(liao)(liao)空隙間的(de)(de)(de)活性污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)雙重作用下,使廢氣得到(dao)凈化。生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)塔(ta)內裝(zhuang)有填料(liao)(liao),大部分微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)以生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)膜的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi)固著生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長于填料(liao)(liao)表(biao)面(mian),少部分則以活性污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi)懸浮生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長于水中。因此,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)塔(ta)兼有活性污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)法與生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)過濾特(te)性,是一種(zhong)以生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)膜法作用為主、兼有活性污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)法作用的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)處理工藝。
結構(gou)構(gou)造
生物(wu)塔(ta)(ta)的塔(ta)(ta)體為(wei)方型臥式,無分段連(lian)接(jie)法蘭。具體結構(gou)由塔(ta)(ta)體、布水系統、曝氣裝置(zhi)、生物(wu)載體區、出水溢流堰等組成。
